Affordable Storage Guys Cancellation Policy

At Affordable Storage Guys, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. However, as a storage facility with limited space and high demand, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and to efficiently manage our resources.

 Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellation Period

Storage contracts can be canceled without penalty or charges if canceled within the same business day as the rental.  The refund amount will be returned using the original payment method. 

No-Show Policy on Storage Reservations

Customers will be charged a $20 deposit when they go online and make a reservation. If the reservation is canceled, the customer will get the $20 deposit back as a credit toward their first month of rent. If the Reservation surpasses the scheduled move-in date, the reservation will be canceled and the $20 deposit forfeited. 

Customers can cancel or reschedule their storage reservation by contacting our team either via phone or email. Cancellation requests should include the customer’s name, reservation location, and the reason for cancellation.

Partial Storage Duration

A prorated refund will be given to the customer between the first and the fifth of the month. Move-outs that are processed on the sixth day or after will be responsible for the full month’s rent. Customers can cancel their storage contract by contacting their property manager either via phone or email. Cancellation requests should include the customer’s name, unit number(s), and the reason for cancellation.

Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in extenuating circumstances. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team to discuss their situation and potential options.

Refund Process

If applicable, all refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund amount will be returned using the original payment method.
