Affordable Storage Guys Management Announces Candie Mull's Promotion to Vice President of Operations
Affordable Storage Guys Management is proud to announce the promotion of Candie Mull to Vice President of Operations. With six years of dedicated service to the company, as well as nine years of prior storage management experience, Candie’s 15 years of outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence within the storage industry have been pivotal to the growth and success of our operations.
Starting as a Property Manager in Clarksville, TN, Candie quickly rose through the ranks, taking on key roles as Director of Property Management and later Senior Director of Property Management. In these positions, she oversaw multiple districts, ensuring operational excellence across facilities, managing property managers, and implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize efficiency.
In her new role as Vice President of Operations, Candie will be responsible for overseeing company-wide operational strategies, ensuring that all facilities maintain the highest standards of service, safety, and profitability. She will also lead initiatives to expand third-party management services, strengthen relationships with property owners, and further integrate technological innovations to improve the customer experience. Her leadership will be instrumental as Affordable Storage Guys Management continues to grow and evolve in the competitive self-storage industry.
Candie’s outstanding contributions have not gone unnoticed. Over the years, she has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious SSA Certified Self Storage Manager (CSSM) designation. Candie has led her teams to multiple awards, including the 2023 and 2024 Main Street Awards for Best Storage Facility in Montgomery County and the 2024 Community Votes Clarksville award. Within Affordable Storage Guys, she has been recognized as Team Member of the Quarter and has successfully guided her district to win collections awards for operational success.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Candie has made a significant impact on the community. She has been actively involved in supporting local initiatives, such as YAIPak Outreach, local animal shelters, and multiple charities connected to the Best of Clarksville.
Candie’s dedication to her team and her community has been nothing short of remarkable. We are excited to see her continue to lead with vision and passion in her new role as Vice President of Operations. Her leadership will undoubtedly play a major role in inspiring the next phase of growth and innovation with Affordable Storage Guys Management.
