Maintenance Team
Property Manager
Full-Time Positions available in:
Sevierville and Cookeville, Tennessee
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility including, collections, rentals, transfers and move outs, property upkeep, including picking up trash, sweeping units, and daily lock checks. Other duties include retail sales, filing, answering phones, responding to emails, and providing an extreme customer service experience.
Work at the Bowling Green, Kentucky KOA
Kampgrounds of America (KOA) is the world’s largest system of privately held campgrounds with more than 500 locations across the United States and Canada. Affordable Storage Guys Management is the management company that operates the Bowling Green KOA Holiday located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

KOA Level 1 Maintenance
Full or Part-Time
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to assisting maintenance team members with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager.
