How to Create a U-Haul Account

Create a U-Haul account and enjoy these benefits:

• Skip the line when you pick up your U-Haul equipment.
• Edit your U-Haul reservation 24/7.
• Manage your storage account and make payments.
• Store your information to speed up future rentals.
• Return your truck or trailer 24/7 using only your mobile device.
• Manage additional charges.

Manage your storage account. 

Please use the following steps to create A U-Haul  account.

If using a computer: 

1. Navigate to https://www.uhaul.com/Auth/OrderLookUp/
2. Click “ Create Account” OR login if you already have a U-Haul account and go to step 4
   1. You will need to use the same contact information we have on file. 
   2. Please enter your email address.
   3. Please enter your phone number.
   4. Please enter your first name.
   5. Please enter your last name.
   6. Please enter a password and confirm the password.
   7. You must agree to the U-Haul Terms of Use before you can continue.
3. Click to Continue.
4. Once you have created your account, you will be brought to the “My Rentals / Reservations” screen. 
5. On the left side of the screen, you will click on a blue hyperlink that says “ Find My Storage Unit.” 
   1. Enter the phone number we have on file for you and your unit number. 
6. Click “Associate room.”

You may now return to your dashboard to view and manage your account. 

If using a mobile device:

1. Navigate to https://www.uhaul.com/Auth/OrderLookUp/
2. Click “ Create Account” OR login if you already have a U-Haul account and go to step 4
   1. You will need to use the same contact information we have on file.

   3. Please enter your email address.
   4. Please enter your phone number.
   5. Please enter your first name.
   6. Please enter your last name.
   7. Please create/enter a password and confirm the password.
   8. You must agree to the U-Haul Terms of Use before you can continue.
3. Click to continue.
4. Once you have created your account, you will be brought to the “My Rentals / Reservations” screen. 
5. Click on the blue hyperlink at the top right of the screen that says “ Rentals/reservations” to open the drop-down menu. 
6. Click the blue hyperlink from the drop-down menu that says “Find My Storage Unit.” 
   1. Enter the phone number we have on file for you and your unit number. 
7. Click “Associate room.”

You may now return to your dashboard to view and manage your account.
