Yes, you can authorize other individuals to access your storage unit. Please provide their information and ensure they abide by our facility rules and regulations. 

We understand circumstances can arise. Please communicate with our staff if you anticipate difficulty making a payment. Rent is due on the first day of each month. For your convenience, we offer a five-day grace period. On the sixth day, if we have not received your payment, a $20 late fee will be applied to your account and access to your unit will be denied until your account returns to a $0 balance. Based on storage lien laws, rental units that go unpaid will be submitted to go to auction and the belongings will become forfeit.

Yes. Subject to availability, you can upgrade to a larger storage unit if your storage needs increase. Our staff will assist you in finding an appropriate unit and facilitating the transition.

We require a month-to-month rental period at minimum, to ensure a cost-effective storage solution. Pro-rated rents are offered until the fifth day of the month.

Customers are required to provide a valid photo ID at move-in. In addition, we require insurance on all items being stored with us, we offer SafeStor as an option to satisfy this requirement. For storage of motor vehicles, customers are required to provide proof of ownership, such as a registration or title, and proof of insurance.
